EA150 linear What power FM??

My tti rig`s kicking out 6watts an with linear on the power mtrs off the scale at 100w im guessing its prob kicking out 110-120w can this be so ??

nope, more likely the meters not right, the EA-150 has a MRF455 and rated at 100w

so with the right input, i'd say it's doing 75w tops...

Have you got a meter mark that does upto 200 or a kilowatt(reliably)

i've got a welz amateur meter upto 200w very accurate,
a Dosy 4000 upto 4kw (biggest meter sin the states you can get)
i've got several CTE meters, 500w and 2kw..
erm yes i've got plenty of meters...lol..
i probably have about 20 SWR and power meters..!!!

why you ask ???

Wouldnt mind trying one on this sometime to get an accurate power reading(know you`ve got your salesman head on lol-can hear the cogs goin)

got a couple of old meters somewhere to sell, but all my power meters are either in my collection or i use, lol...

i'll see whats in the junk box, thats junk i sell that i don't want, not that it's junk, even though some of it is..!!

Ya know this "collection" that you dont use is it in like cabinets on show or something or just packed away.

most of it's on show, most rigs and meters, then the big rigs and amateur gears in the loft, the aerials are mostly in the loft, some in the garage awaiting restoration, some rigs under the bed....

but mostly on show....the badges, buckles, cups, mugs, decanters etc etc are on show, badges, patches and small stuff in drawers..

yup the house is big enough
i have one room just for CB gear, two computers, my turn tables and drum machines...
i have my garage converted into a workshop and another room off the garage for my RC race stuff..

i'm thinking of going into the loft as the roof above me has no joist's so easy to board out and convert into another room, or museum..
